WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, I will do what it takes to make it right. I pride myself on selling the highest quality print products available on the market today and will make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. If you get cold feet shortly after placing an order, a refund can be issued so long as I have not placed the order into production with my printing lab (a 25% fee may apply in this situation).
What is the turnaround TIME for my print order?
(turnaround time is defined as the amount of time it takes for your print to shipped after the order has been placed)
Unframed prints: 1-2 business days
Dye-Sublimation prints: 5-8 business days
Acrylic Mount prints: 8-10 business days
Photo books: 3-4 business days

Can I order a print in a custom size?
Absolutely. One of my favorite aspects of being an independent artist and business owner is that I have a hand in the process from start to finish - if you’d like to order a print in a size not available on my website, or have any other custom inquiry, please contact me and I will work with you personally to get you what you’d like.
